Design Studio

Since November 07 Sarah has been running lovely new and exclusive networking events called, well, 'Afternoon Tea with Sarah' where people are invited to come along, relax, eat cake and drink tea in the DesignStudio 'studio'.
We have a waiting list for future events as the word has spread. Guests are invited to come along and partake in the mass eating of lots of homemade cakes and and plenty of properly made tea. It’s a great little event, normally around 20 people per time, relaxed and friendly – it’s a good opportunity to indulge in a little light networking whilst enjoying some fab homemade cake. YUM!
In August 08, we ran an outside the studio event called Afternoon Cricket Tea with Sarah - it was great fun, you can have a look at the photos on facebook.
A couple of comments:
"What could be better than spending an hour or so in the afternoon eating cakes, drinking tea and talking to lots of nice people! (We even talk about business sometimes!)"

"Afternoon Tea with Sarah is an inspirational idea, and I attended one of her Tea Parties recently at her beautifully designed offices, handily located near Chiverton roundabout. The situation was ideal and we made many new contacts, and renewed some old ones, in a relaxed environment whilst enjoying her home baked cakes – her design work is pretty inspirational too."

"Thank you for inviting us to your latest Afternoon Tea. It was a great afternoon, where we met some very interesting people, and acutally had a good lead for business. Sarah definitely earned herself some 'brownie' points with her fantastic offerings of cakes. It was a very relaxed atmosphere where I feel you get to know people far better than in a more formal setting. We look forward to the next event with salivating expectation!"
