Ingredients:2oz Self raising flour
2oz cocoa powder
4oz oats
half level teaspoon of bicarb of soda
4oz butter
4oz sugar
1 tablespoon of honey or syrup
Your favourite bar of chocolate
Preheat your oven to 180 and butter two baking trays.
Mix together the flour, cocoa, oats and bicarb. Then melt the butter, sugar and honey in a pan gently until all melted and the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the dry ingredients.
Take heaped dessertspoonfuls of the mixture and form into balls, flatten and place well apart on the greased trays. Bake for around 25-15 mins. Remove from the trays with a fish slice onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Cover with your favourite melted chocolate.
