Western Talk - Hazelnut Cheescake

Ingredients:

8oz x Digestive Biscuits
4oz x Butter
2 x Hazlenut Yoghurts
8oz x Cream Cheese (e.g Philadelphia)
4oz x Castor Sugar
½ pt x Whipping Cream
2oz x Chopped Roasted Hazlenuts

Method:

Crush biscuits, mix with melted butter and line a loose bottom tin.
Mix together cream cheese and sugar – add yoghurts
Whip cream and fold into mixture
Pour mixture into tin
Top with roasted hazlenuts.

I leave this is the fridge for a few hours before serving.
 
This is far better that any baked ones I’ve ever had.  It goes down a storm with anyone who I’ve ever given it to.
 
You can vary the recipe anyway you want by changing the flavour of yoghurts and the topping e.g
Strawberry yoghurts and then fresh strawberries on top
Raspberry yoghurts and fresh raspberries
Whatever you fancy really.
